In the letter dated 15.04.2025 and numbered 4064, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

The "Judiciary and Business World Symposium/Kocaeli" meeting, attended by our Minister of Justice, Mr. Yılmaz Tunç, will discuss problems encountered within the scope of commercial and contract law and alternative dispute resolution methods, and will be held on April 17, 2025, at 11:00, at the Kocaeli Congress Center (Yenidoğan Mah. Salim Dervişoğlu Cad. No:16 Sekapark İzmit/KOCAELİ).

The symposium will be attended by representatives from the Court of Cassation, the Ministry of Justice, the Council of Judges and Prosecutors, the Regional Court of Justice, judges from the judiciary, the Union of Turkish Bar Associations, the Union of Turkish Notaries, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, representatives from chambers of commerce and industry, bar association representatives, mediators, experts, and academics. Following the opening remarks, issues arising from commercial and contract law, as well as alternative dispute resolution methods, will be discussed in the afternoon.
