In the letter dated 20.12.2024 and numbered 13916, sent to our Chamber from the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye,

In the letter dated 16.12.2024 and numbered 51505 received from the General Directorate of Transport Services Regulation of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, it is stated that the initial applications and periodic review applications for the "Green Logistics Certificate" defined within the scope of the "Combined Transport Regulation", which entered into force upon publication in the Official Gazette dated 27.05.2022 and numbered 31848, will be accepted between 1-31 January 2025 and that applications made outside this calendar will not be evaluated.

In the continuation of the same article, it is emphasized that applications for a "Green Logistics Certificate" must be made to the General Directorate in question via the relevant Ministry's KEP address and with an official letter with an electronic signature, along with the information and documents required in the Combined Transport Regulation and which serve as evidence.

In this context, it is recommended in the relevant article that applicants receive support from their own KEP service providers in order to avoid any technical problems during the application process via KEP.
