As part of our Chamber's 2026–2031 Strategic Planning process, we held our 6th meeting with our Strategic Planning Team.

During our meeting, we reviewed the outcomes achieved so far in the process and made significant progress in the following areas:

* We have completed our stakeholder analysis and identified stakeholder engagement methods. ✅

* We have completed our stakeholder surveys. ✅

* We have defined our Mission and Vision in line with our SWOT and PESTEL analyses. ✅

* We have defined the strategic goals and objectives we will pursue in line with our Mission and Vision. 🎯

⏳We are rapidly continuing the preparation of our Performance Indicators, Strategic Plan, and Annual Business Plans.

In line with the TOBB Accreditation System criteria, we aim to prepare a transparent, implementable, and sustainable strategic plan document.
