As the Edirne Chamber of Commerce and Industry, we announce the launch of the geographical indication registration application for Kaçamak, one of the rare flavors that reflects Edirne's gastronomic identity. We are determined to continue our efforts to protect, promote, and pass on geographically indicated products and traditional flavors to future generations.
