
Within the scope of the “Project to Increase Competitiveness in Agricultural Industry,” supported by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and implemented in partnership with the Karacadağ, İpekyolu, Eastern Mediterranean, and Euphrates Development Agencies, JICA Project Team Leader Tomoki Nakamura and his delegation visited our Chamber.
During their visit, a presentation was given about Edirne White Cheese, which has a registered geographical indication.
It was emphasized that Edirne White Cheese's region-specific production method, unique flavor profile, and high-quality milk structure are the key elements that make the product stand out.
In addition, there was a mutual exchange of views on increasing the added value of agricultural products, regional strategic planning, strengthening producer organizations, and supporting SMEs.
