The Board of Directors of the "Edirne White Cheese and Dairy Farmers Protection, Development and Promotion Association," established to conduct European Union Geographical Indication registration studies and generate new projects through sectoral clustering in the context of national and international branding and marketing of Edirne White Cheese, met at our Chamber today and made its first assignment of duties.

At the meeting, which included our Chamber's Chairman Sezai Irmak, as well as Mustafa Yardımcı from Yardımcı Ltd. Şti., Murat Demir Yardımcı from Traksüt, Abdullah Nurlu from Nurlu Cheeses, and Erhan Akgün from Akgün Cheeses, it was unanimously decided that Sezai Irmak would be the President of the association and Erhan Akgün would be the Vice President.

Sinem Varan, Director of the European Union Business Development Center, also attended the meeting and provided information about the projects planned by the association.
