Our Chamber's Chairman of the Board, Sezai Irmak, attended the "Regional Consultation Meeting of the Commission for Investigating the Problems of Individuals with Disabilities," organized under the chairmanship of M. Muharrem Kasapoğlu, former Minister of Youth and Sports and Chairman of the Parliamentary Commission for Investigating the Problems of Individuals with Disabilities, and hosted by the Governor of Edirne, Yunus Sezer.

The meeting, held at the Lalezar Meeting Hall, was attended by former Minister of Labor and Social Security Jülide Sarıeroğlu, Commission Member MPs, Edirne Mayor Attorney Filiz Gencan, officials from Çanakkale, Edirne, Kırklareli and Tekirdağ provinces, and representatives of civil society organizations.

Statistics on individuals with disabilities, accessibility monitoring and inspection studies, services provided, facilities (daycare centers, etc.), best practice examples, and proposed solutions to needs were evaluated.
