We are on a work-based monitoring visit to Prague within the scope of Erasmus+ KA121 Accreditation Projects of the Turkish National Agency, EU Education and Youth Programs Center, Directorate for European Union Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
We are at Chleberia, an Italian cuisine bakery producer, as part of a vocational training program on food and bakery production and tourism.
During our visit, where we examined different traditional production methods, our Board Member Mustafa Yılmaz, a bakery product producer and one of our delegation members, will bring the 100-year-old sourdough he supplies to our province, increasing its production and adding a new product to its range.
