The talk titled “Sustainability, the Future of Food and Gastronomy” for the trainees of our Chamber's Gastro Academy Training Kitchen, with the participation of Prof. Dr. Nezih Müftügil, took place in the training kitchen we opened.
In the interview narrated by Prof. Dr. Nezih Müftügil, the importance of sustainability in access to food was reminded and precautions that can be taken in this regard were highlighted.
Mr. Nezih Müftügil, who emphasized the responsibility of our trainees, especially those involved in the production part of the business, to leave a clean and healthy environment to future generations, wished success to our trainees who will complete the training consciously and with a command of the food vision in the new world order with this project we have implemented.
