
We took part in the opening ceremony of the Edirne Gastronomy Festival from Soil to Table with our Chamber's Chairman of the Board Sezai Irmak, GastroAkademi Training Kitchen Project Coordinator Güliz Elif Yardımcı, Master Instructor Berrin Deliormanlı and GastroAkademi Training Kitchen trainees.
We had the opportunity to meet with Edirne Governor Yunus Sezer and Kosovo Development Minister Fikrim Damka, who visited our stand, and present them with the treats meticulously prepared by our trainees.
As GastroAkademi Education Kitchen, we are waiting for all gastronomy enthusiasts to our stand at the Edirne Gastronomy Festival, which aims to bring our local gastronomy culture to a wider audience and to revive Edirne's almost forgotten culinary heritage.
