With the GastroAcademy and Future is in the Kitchen project carried out under the roof of our chamber with the support of the Thrace Development Agency within the scope of the 2022 SOGEP program of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, we aim to train master chefs and service personnel that you, our valued members, need to work in the sector, as well as to improve your service quality by training existing sector employees.
In this context, the three-day “Accelerated Service Personnel Training” has started today at the GastroAkademi Training Kitchen operating in our Chamber. In the training program, which aims to provide fast and effective service techniques to waiters and service personnel employed in businesses in our province, practical gains will be supported with practical studies as well as theoretical information.
Participants will develop practice-based skills through scenarios reflecting the real business environment and will have the opportunity to update and consolidate their knowledge in the industry under the guidance of our instructors.
