Within the scope of the "Future is in the Kitchen with Gastro Academy" project carried out by Edirne Chamber of Commerce and Industry in partnership with Edirne Ä°ÅŸkur Provincial Directorate and National Education Directorate with the support of Thrace Development Agency within the scope of the 2022 Social Development Support Program (SOGEP) of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, vocational training courses will be opened for unemployed women and youth.
Following the completion of the application process, the training program will start in February. The Cook Assistant Training Program will last 450 hours and 12 weeks, and the Service Personnel (Komi) Assistant Training Program will last 690 hours and 18 weeks. At the end of the training, criteria such as the participants' training performance and continuity will be evaluated, and a guarantee of employment for 50% of the participants in the relevant sector is guaranteed.
The application criteria for the trainings include being between the ages of 18-35 and being registered with Ä°ÅžKUR. The selection of trainees will be evaluated by registering the candidates who meet the application criteria in the order of application, and the maximum number of trainees for each vocational training program is limited to 20 people.
