Our Chamber's Chairman of the Board, Sezai Irmak, EU, Foreign Relations, R&D and Projects Officer Güliz Elif Yardımcı, JICA Project Team Leader Tomoki Nakamura, and their accompanying delegation conducted a field visit to the production facility of Yardımcı Agricultural Products Food Industry and Trade Limited Company, which operates in Edirne.
During the visit, the delegation learned about the origins of Edirne cheese, its historical development, and the geographical indication process, and examined the production stages of Edirne White Cheese on-site.
The conducted reviews concluded with discussions on collaborative efforts to strengthen the potential of Edirne White Cheese in regional development.
