Within the scope of Chamber/Commodity Exchange Accreditation System studies, “Quality Management System Process Improvement and Risk Management Training” was organized at the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey on 18-19 September 2025, and “Strategic Planning Training” was organized on 25-26 September 2025.

During the training, attended by our Chamber Secretary General Aydoğan Girgin and our Quality, Management and Accreditation Officer Elif Nur Eler, expectations regarding process management, strategic planning, and risk management within the scope of the new accreditation standard were shared, and the challenges encountered in strategic planning during the accreditation process were evaluated.

The aim was to overcome the difficulties encountered in process management, strategic planning and risk management through practical group work carried out with the participants.
