As the Edirne Chamber of Commerce and Industry, we held the first meeting of our Strategic Planning Team on November 4, 2025, with the aim of strengthening our institutional development, improving our service quality, and providing more added value to our members.

This meeting officially launched the strategic planning process for the 2026–2031 period. The phases, timeline, and team responsibilities were determined, and the foundations were laid.

We aim to create a strategic plan in line with the TOBB Accreditation System standards with a participatory, transparent and sustainable approach.
