As the Edirne Chamber of Commerce and Industry, we aimed to model best practices and identify areas for improvement to streamline our accreditation processes in line with the TOBB Accreditation Standard. To this end, we visited the Düzce and Bolu Chambers of Commerce and Industry on March 25-26 to conduct a comprehensive comparison of accreditation processes with both chambers.

Our meetings allowed each chamber to identify areas for improvement within its own processes and identify necessary improvements in these areas. Shared experiences and insights led to a significant exchange of ideas and strategies to streamline accreditation processes. These meetings also provided a productive collaborative environment for improving service quality.

We thank the Düzce Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Bolu Chamber of Commerce and Industry for their hospitality. We believe that such collaborations will significantly contribute to both improving accreditation processes and providing higher-quality service to our members.
