A contract was signed between the Chairman of the Board of Directors of our Chamber, Sezai Irmak, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Özener Patent, Huriye Özener, for the studies to be carried out based on the changes in the specifications and inspections regarding the sustainability of the geographical indication named “Edirne White Cheese” with registration number 93 on behalf of the Edirne Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The cooperation protocol made as a result of the determination of the steps to be taken in the branding of our province's local values with the preliminary examination reports and field studies is a beginning, and the examination processes for the registration of our other products on national and international platforms have also started.
By protecting the traditional and local values of our province, we continue to be the pioneer and supporter of all kinds of work that creates added value.
