A cooperation protocol was signed between our Chamber and Trakya University Institute of Social Sciences to reward the authors of theses on Edirne prepared in the Departments/Main Arts of the Institute of Social Sciences in 2022-2023-2024.

Within the scope of the protocol signed by the Chairman of the Board of our Chamber, H. Sezai Irmak, and the Director of the Institute of Social Sciences, Dr. Levent Doğan, an Award Committee consisting of faculty members from the Departments/Main Arts within the Institute and members appointed by our Chamber will be established. Theses about Edirne will be evaluated, and successful theses will be determined and rewarded.

By awarding theses that address the cultural, historical and social aspects of Edirne, we aim to contribute to both the academic world and the promotion of our city, and to bring our local values to a wider audience by increasing the scientific visibility of Edirne.
