We participated in the Bulgarian-Turkish Business Forum held in Burgas, Bulgaria, with our Assembly President M. Emre Alp, our Board Treasurer Mustafa Yılmaz, our Young Entrepreneurs and Women Entrepreneurs.
The Bulgarian Turkish Business Forum, organized by the Bulgarian SME Support Agency and supported by the Bulgarian Turkish Business Association (BULTÄ°ÅžAD), was held on the "International Women's Day" and was attended by women entrepreneurs in particular, as well as companies from high-tech sectors such as information and communication technologies, cloud and mobile technologies, gaming technologies, fintech, cyber security, digital health and technologies, as well as sectors such as machinery, electrical appliances, automotive spare parts, chemicals, textiles and ready-made clothing, construction and construction materials, and technical consultancy.
At the Bulgarian Turkish Business Forum, where the opening speeches were made by the Turkish Ambassador to Sofia Aylin Sekizkök, the Mayor of Burgas Dimitar Nikolov, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of BULTİŞAD Burhan Nemutlu and the Chairman of DEİK/Turkey Bulgaria Business Council Mustafa Zeki Sarıbekir, women entrepreneurs gave talks on the active role of Bulgarian-Turkish women in the business world and the diversity and development that women entrepreneurship provides to the development of our countries.
Bulgarian-Turkish innovative technology areas and green economy and sustainable investment opportunities between countries were discussed. During the business people meeting, B2B meetings were held and cooperation opportunities that will add value to the countries' foreign trade and economy were discussed.
As Edirne Chamber of Commerce and Industry, we will continue to represent our members in foreign markets and take part in every event that will contribute to our city.
