The Edirne Chamber of Commerce and Industry visited the Çanakkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry as part of its accreditation activities to conduct a benchmarking study.

The Edirne Chamber of Commerce and Industry was represented by its General Secretary Aydoğan Girgin, Quality Management and Accreditation Officer Elif Nur Eler, and Corporate Communications, Press and Public Relations Specialist Elvan Hasekili. The Çanakkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry was represented by its General Secretary Sema Sandal, Accreditation and Quality Management System Coordinator Şerife Kurt, and Accounting Officer Kemal Yücel.

During the meeting held at the ÇTSO Congress and Exhibition Center, mutual evaluations were made regarding accreditation practices, annual work plans, strategic goals, and ongoing and planned projects. Benchmarking processes and best practice examples for improving service quality were also discussed.
