
The GastroAkademi Education Kitchen trainees operating within our chamber were given “Sustainable Kitchen” training by Prof. Dr. Nezih Müftügil. During the training, topics such as organic farming, prevention of food waste, recycling and environmentally friendly practices were discussed in detail. Our trainees had the opportunity to gain an accumulation of knowledge that will enable them to adopt sustainable practices in their business lives by becoming conscious of these issues.
Our trainees, who were awarded a certificate at the end of the training, had the chance to make themselves more visible in the competitive environment in the sector. In this way, they will be able to reflect the principles of sustainability in their business lives and exhibit an environmentally friendly and ethical approach in the sector.
