Within the scope of 21-27 May Turkish Cuisine Week, within the scope of the events organized by Edirne Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism and with the contributions of Trakya University Arda Vocational School and the participation of culinary students, the geographically indicated flavor of our province, almond paste prepared in a length of 22 meters in accordance with the license plate code of Edirne, was served to our citizens on Saraçlar Street.
In the Turkish Cuisine Week events organized to draw attention to Edirne's gastronomy tourism, we aim to emphasize the importance of our local flavors and regional culture and to highlight the cultural and gastronomy heritage of our city.
