Our Chamber's Chairman of the Board of Directors, Sezai Irmak, and our Board Member, Selahattin Kaya, participated in the Edirne Gastronomy Festival, which brings together traditional flavors ranging from palace cuisine to Rumelian flavors.
At the festival, which aims to revive Edirne's almost forgotten culinary heritage, various stands were set up and traditional delicacies and local products prepared by chefs were exhibited.
The festival aims to unearth and rediscover the deep-rooted flavours of Edirne with workshops and tasting events to be held between November 1-3.
