The GastroAkademi Training Kitchen, a model project of our region and supported by the Thrace Development Agency 2022 Sogep program, is carrying its successful training programs to the international platform.

GastroAkademi, operating under our Chamber, quickly became a prominent training center in the region. GastroAkademi's activities also attracted the attention of our international partners, and in response to similar requests, we signed the first international collaboration for a course with guaranteed employment abroad.

Within the scope of the protocol signed today with the Burgas Chamber of Commerce and Industry, it is aimed to employ trainees who successfully complete their training in businesses in the Burgas region of Bulgaria.

The protocol was signed at a ceremony held at our Chamber. The ceremony was attended by Mahmut Şahin, Secretary General of the Thrace Development Agency; Radoslava Kafedzhiyska, Consul General of the Republic of Bulgaria in Edirne; and Todor Demirkov, Chairman of the Board of Burgas Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

With this collaboration, the GastroAkademi Training Kitchen has once again become an exemplary initiative contributing to regional development and international workforce mobility.
